Clark & Washington, PC. is a high-volume, Consumer Bankruptcy law firm representing debtors in Chapter 13 and Chapter 7 cases. We have locations in Georgia and Tennessee and are looking for motivated individuals to fill our open Paralegal and Legal Assistant positions in our Atlanta, Georgia, offices. Prior law firm experience is preferable but not necessary. Applicants must be comfortable interacting with clients to gather the information and documents necessary to prosecute their cases and to prepare clients for their court hearings. We are looking for well-spoken, organized individuals who are pleasant and friendly to work with. This is a great opportunity for an entry-level position, to get your foot in the door and learn and grow with the firm.

We currently have positions open for two Paralegals and two Client Service Legal Assistants.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills within all levels of the organization as well as clients and other guests.
Willing to work with high-volume, telephonic client interaction.

Comfortable with a networked computer system.
Team-oriented with the ability to collaborate with peers.
Familiarity with Best Case softwareis a plus, BUT we are willing to train.
Ability to conduct thorough case assessments, including reviewing financial records, assets, debts, and other relevant documentation.
Ability to prepare and file bankruptcy petitions, schedules, and related legal documents accurately and efficiently.
Ability to maintain strong client relationships and provide ongoing support throughout the bankruptcy process.
Ability to review, understand, and edit legal documents.
